Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

The shipping options available for your address, their cost and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free US shipping on two or more products

Orders with two or more PALIM products ship free to US addresses. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.

Ground-only products

Our dry shampoo mist (01) contains alcohol and is classed as a hazardous material for air transport, so it ships by ground only. Some destinations can't receive ground-only products; checkout will tell you if your address is one of them.

Duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs office. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they're the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@bypalim.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier and with you.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can change it until your order has shipped.
